What Is Our Warranty Policy?

All our products are covered against manufacturing defects for a Limited Warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, except of defects clearly associated with wear & tear or accidental damage. Please submit the form below to receive RA (one RA per invoice). LTD Eyewear does not process any returns/exchanges made without return authorization (RA). Kindly don't submit any additional products that are not listed on your invoice. Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm that your eyewear / lenses are covered under warranty. All warranty claims are subject to a case by case evaluation. A customer responsible for cost of shipment to us. A processing fee (which covers return shipping and handling), plus applicable tax, will be charged for each warranty claim processed.

What is covered by warranty:

  • Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
  • Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
  • Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels

What is not covered by warranty (examples):

  • Edged lenses
  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches and abrasions, broken hinges)
  • Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of product
  • Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc…)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

Disclaimer: Please note an RA# does not guarantee credit will be issued. All returns are subject to case by case evaluation. Product ineligible for credit due to abuse or wear and tear damage will be returned if requested at the customers expense.

 

What Is Our Return/Exchange Policy?

We're happy to assist you. LTD Eyewear does not process any returns/exchanges made without return authorization (RA). All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Please submit the form below to receive RA (one RA per invoice). Kindly don't submit any additional products that are not listed on your invoice. A product must be returned in a new condition, with all original product inserts & accessories.

If returned product is in a new condition but doesn't have original packaging/accessories, 20% restocking fee will be charged. We cannot accept merchandise that has been dispensed and lenses that have been edged.

We inspect all returned items & will process your return based on the condition of the item. We do not reimburse the cost of shipping returns/exchanges. Returns are subject to a case by case evaluation.

Click on your company’s name in the upper right corner to get to your account screen. (If you don’t have an online account please email info@ltdeyewear.com to set one up.)

Under Purchases select Purchase History. Select the Sales Order with the item you are returning.

Under Summary on the right side of the page click 



Check the box on the left for all items you are returning and select a reason for the return. Please enter any additional comments that will help in the returns process.

Click Submit Request when you are done.









Include a printed copy of your RMA within your return package. 

For speedier processing include your RMA number on the side of the packaging.
