Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
LTD Eyewear offers a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping warranty items to our facility.
What Is Covered by the Warranty
- Bubbles or imperfections in lens coatings (for lens purchases)
- Premature flaking or deterioration of frame finishes
- Manufacturing defects in frame soldering (e.g., temple hinges or barrel joints)
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty (Examples)
- Lenses that have been edged
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, abrasions, broken hinges)
- Damage from accidents, improper storage, or misuse
- Exposure to chemicals (e.g., hairspray, cologne, alcohol, window cleaner)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Return & Exchange Policy
At LTD Eyewear, we make returns and exchanges easy.
- Returns for account credit are accepted up to 120 days from the original purchase date.
- Exchanges are accepted up to 24 months for current styles only, for items of equal or lesser value.

Important Guidelines:
- Products must be in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging, inserts, and accessories.
- Include the return slip and specify the product you are exchanging for.
