LTD Eyewear’s customer friendly return policies (FAQ’s)
WHAT IS OUR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY POLICY?
All our products are covered against manufacturing defects for a Limited Warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, except of defects clearly associated with wear & tear or accidental damage. All warranty claims are subject to a case by case evaluation. The customer is responsible for cost of shipment to us.
WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY:
- For lens purchases, bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
- Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
- Frame soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY (EXAMPLES):
- Edged lenses
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches and abrasions, broken hinges)
- Damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of product
- Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc…)
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
- or repairs

WHAT IS OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We're happy to assist you. LTD offers hassle free returns – NO RMA needed.* LTD Eyewear accepts returns for account credit up to 120 days from purchase, and exchanges up to 24 months on current styles. Exchanges are for equal or lesser value frames. Please include the new product you are exchanging for on the return slip. Product must be returned in a new condition (not worn), with all original product inserts & accessories. Returned or exchanged products should include a return slip, please use https://shop.ltdeyewear.com/return-slip Disclaimer: Product ineligible for credit due to abuse or wear and tear damage will be returned by request.
Please Note: LTD can’t be responsible for lost or damaged packages. That’s why we suggest you place returns in a sturdy box to prevent damage in transit. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method, and insure your shipment. Due to our low pricing structure, we can’t reimburse the cost of shipping returns/exchanges or lost packages.
