Delivery | Shipping Policy | LTD EYEWEAR 2020

Thank you for visiting and shopping at shop.ltdeyewear.com/ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping options

  • Overnight (1 day)
  • 2-Day (2 days)
  • Ground (3-6 days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days)
  • USPS First Class Mail (3-6 days)
  • Courier Service
  • Pick-Up

Special shipping instruction

You may add any special instructions in the comments section at the time of placing order.

Shipment processing time

All overnight orders placed before 1pm PST (on business days*) will be shipped same business

day. All other orders will ship within 24 hours.

Exceptions

P.O. Box shipping is available through USPS only.

Courier Service is only available for business address in CA, NV, AZ, & NM

Custom order please add 3-5 business days for additional processing.

To Be Calculated will be determined at the time of shipping.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are set by provider and are subject to change without notice. All orders calculated in USD.

International shipping

LTD Eyewear currently ships to all countries including all 50 United States and US Territories.

Goods are shipped FOB Chatsworth, CA USA. LTD Eyewear is not responsible customs/duties. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Please contact customer service for all shipping confirmations and tracking info by email.

order@ltdeyewear.com Include your invoice number in the subject line.

Backordered Items

Will be shipped as they are available.

Damages

LTD Eyewear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your

order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returned packages

If we receive your package returned to us by the shipping courier, we will attempt to contact you to

resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us by you, you will be responsible

for a reshipping or address correction fees.

*Business days are defined as Monday-Friday and not including holidays and weekends.
